Even though technology is very beneficial to us overall, technology can impact us negatively. Here are a few solutions and healthy habits:

LIMITING SCREEN

Being Aware

Let's be mindful for our state of health. Think about if you are getting enough sleep and eating at least two meals a day. Think about the amount of time we spend outdoors and then on our phones. If it feel likes we are prioritizing our phones more than ourselves, then we should limit our screen time. Next time we  go our electronic device, we should think about our priorities and goals.

HOW TO IMPROVE SLEEPING

Since sleep is essential to our overall health, here are a few methods on how to improve our sleeping habits. 

Night Light Mode

If you really want to use your cellular device at night before bed, then utilize the night mode button. Using this mode, allows your phone to emit warmer light and it won't cause any harm to your body's natural functions.

Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bed and put it out of reach. This will ultimately help you sleep faster.
