After looking at my instagram feed and seeing this post by "samsungmobileusa", led me to think about the beauty of technology. However, I realized that technology has many negative impacts as well. Within the picture, we can see that phone is capable of capturing a high quality photo of the landscape in Taos, New Mexico. From this picture, I realized that technology is a distraction and it prevents us to truly enjoy the moment. However, I also realized and believe that technology truly is a gift and we just need to know how to use it the right way.

Even though technology can potentially

harm us physically, cognitively, and socially, the positives of technology in these aspects outweigh the negatives.
